The instructional package, Expert Witness, is based on twelve actual expert
witness inspections performed by Joe and Mike Scaduto. The cases run the gamut
of faulty construction, landlord-tenant disputes, home inspector litigation,
trip and fall cases and even one murder scene. The snippets run anywhere from 20
minute segments to a few minutes of footage, with a total footage of
approximately one hour and forty five minutes. The manual consists of what an
expert witness should do in the capacity of an expert witness. Tips and tricks
of the trade are featured as well as a detailed account of each of the 12
specific cases seen in the video tape. This combination of video footage and
text is a perfect starter kit for anyone contemplating work as an expert
